Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering, paying for a plan, logging in, or using any part of this website or service, you (“User”, “Student”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Independent service — not JOSAA / NTA / government

Zeline Projects is an independent private counselling platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by JOSAA, CSAB, NTA, JoSAA participating institutes, IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, JAC Delhi, JAC Chandigarh, or any government authority. Fees paid to us are for private assistance only, not for any official admission, registration, or counselling process.

3. What your plan covers (core service)

The primary and contractual deliverable under your purchased plan is personalised college and branch preference-list guidance (and related predictor / counselling support as described on the pricing page for that plan), based on your rank, category, and stated preferences.

  • Our target is to help you build a well-ordered preference list aligned with your plan scope.
  • Plan features (number of lists, rounds covered, plan validity, etc.) are as shown on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Any description of “counselling”, “guidance”, or “support” in marketing material refers to this preference-list and admission-guidance scope unless explicitly stated otherwise on the plan page.

4. Live counselling — supplementary only (not guaranteed)

Live one-on-one video counselling (where included or mentioned in a plan) is provided only as an additional, discretionary benefit on top of the core preference-list service. It is not the primary paid deliverable and is not guaranteed in quantity, duration, timing, or availability.

  • Live sessions, slot counts, session length, and booking windows may be shown on the website for convenience but do not create a binding commitment beyond what we expressly confirm in writing for your specific case.
  • We may require verification of identity, rank, and results (including JEE Main and JEE Advanced scorecards) before or instead of a live session.
  • Failure to book, attend, or complete a live session does not entitle you to a refund of the plan fee if the core preference-list service has been or can be delivered.
  • Unused live session entitlements may expire as per plan rules or when the counselling season ends, whichever is earlier.

5. High traffic, capacity limits & changes to live counselling

During peak JoSAA / admission season, demand for live counselling may exceed our capacity. To manage fairness and service quality, we reserve the full right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

  • Pause, suspend, or cancel online live counselling slot booking temporarily or for the remainder of the season;
  • Cancel, postpone, or reschedule any booked or requested live session;
  • Reduce session duration (for example from 20 minutes to a shorter slot) or switch format (video, audio, WhatsApp, or written guidance);
  • Limit the number of live sessions per user or per plan;
  • Require intake via WhatsApp or other channels and deliver the preference list first before any live connection;
  • Prioritise users by payment date, plan tier, urgency, or operational capacity.

Such changes do not constitute breach of contract and do not automatically qualify for refund, provided the core preference-list guidance under your plan remains available or is delivered through an alternate reasonable channel.

6. Predictions, data & no admission guarantee

  • No guarantee of college admission, branch allotment, or seat conversion is provided.
  • Cutoffs, ranks, and predictions are based on historical and public data, models, and expert judgement; actual JoSAA / CSAB / state counselling outcomes may differ.
  • AI-assisted or automated outputs are indicative only. Final choices and form submissions remain your responsibility.
  • We do not access or modify official JoSAA / institute portals on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in a separate written engagement.

7. User responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate rank, category, and academic information. We are not liable for guidance based on incorrect data supplied by you.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute preference lists, PDFs, or session recordings without our written consent.
  • Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent conduct may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Fees, refunds & chargebacks

All fees are for private counselling assistance as described above. Refunds, if any, are governed solely by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to account suspension and recovery of costs where permitted by law.

9. Changes to terms, policies & service

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions, pricing, plan features, live counselling rules, session limits, and any other policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page (or when otherwise communicated on the website). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including live counselling booking, predictor tools, or blog content) temporarily or permanently without liability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeline Projects Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and counsellors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of admission opportunity, rank, seat, income, or data arising from use of the service, including delays or cancellation of live counselling, errors in predictions, or reliance on guidance provided.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid plan shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific plan in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, preference-list formats, PDFs, branding, and materials are owned by Zeline Projects or its licensors. Unauthorised copying, scraping, or commercial reuse may result in legal action.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
